Watching from above

Feathered wings outstretched

Clothed in Jesus' love.

 

Angel on the staircase

Preparing to take flight

Protector of God's children

Filled with Heaven's might.

 

Angel on the staircase

I wait for thee tonight.

Fill me with your peace and joy

And bring me Heaven's Light.
